RUBBER ASSEMBLY MACHINE

In the production of products used in the industrial piping sector, speed, precision, and standardization are no longer a preference, but a necessity. Developed based on this need, the Rubber Insulated Pipe Clamp Assembly Machine brings a new level to production lines by fully automating the cutting and assembly processes of rubber insulation parts used in natural gas, water, and wastewater pipe clamps.
Thanks to its high-performance cutting mechanism and precise placement system, the machine can cut and assemble up to 40 pieces of rubber insulation per minute. This increases production speed and eliminates human error, providing standard, reliable, and repeatable quality.
