What is RAM?
Rubber Assembly Machine
RAM is a specially designed machine that automatically cuts, positions, and installs EPDM/TPE strip insulation materials, used for noise reduction and vibration damping in pipe clamps, onto half of the clamp.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Four Steps from Coil to Rubber Lined Clamp
Feed
01
The coil-shaped EPDM or TPE rubber strip, resting on the unwinding stand, is fed automatically to the assembly area.

Cut
The servo-controlled drive advances exactly the right length of rubber. The cutting blade slices a precise segment — no waste, no variation.

Position
The rubber, cut to your desired length, is precisely transferred to the front of the pipe clamp piece waiting in the assembly area.

Assemble
The RAM machine quickly completes the assembly by joining the rubber and pipe clamp halves (body/cover). The assembled parts are then joined together on our SWA machine and made ready for market release.

Six Models - Four Types Of Pipe Clamps
Each RAM model is engineered for a specific clamp geometry and band width. Selecting the right model is critical — they cannot be interchanged between clamp types.
RAM 20
20 mm Band Width · Split Type Pipe Clamp
Designed for 2-piece (Cap & Body / Split Type) pipe clamps with a 20 mm metal band width. Equipped with a magazine for serial feed of small clamp parts; can also operate without a magazine for sizes above 2".
RAM 25
25 mm Band Width · Split Type Pipe Clamp
Designed for 2-piece (Cover and Body / Split Type) pipe clamps with a 25 mm metal band width. Joins the cover or body with rubber.
RAMU 20
20 mm Band Width Saddle (U-Strap) Clamp
Designed for mounting rubber onto Saddle clamps (U- Strap) with a 20 mm metal band width.Without using any lubricating oil.. Features a dual-button safety confirmation system for operator protection during every cycle.
RAMU 25
25 mm Band Width Saddle (U-Strap) Clamp
Designed for mounting rubber onto Saddle clamps (U- Strap) with a 25 mm metal band width.Without using any lubricating oil.. Features a dual-button safety confirmation system for operator protection during every cycle.
RAMV
Ventilation Pipe Clamps
Designed for mounting rubber seals onto duct (ventilation) clamps up to 400" in size.
RAMS
Single-Side Screw · 2-Piece Clamp
Designed for 2-piece pipe clamps that feature a single-side screw fastening system. Delivers the same precision rubber assembly for this widely used pipe clamp variant.

Barrier photocell monitors the assembly zone for hands or obstructions. Dual-button confirmation (RAMU series). E-Stop on both sides. Product photocell stops the machine if no clamp part is detected.
