How it Works ?
TWO STATIONS
ONE SEAMLESS FLOW
Screws are fed via vibratory bowl feeders. Plastic washers arrive in strip form and are cut to size automatically on-machine. Two operators manage the synchronized dual-station process for continuous output.

Placing the part
Station 1 operator loads pipe clamp parts. The machine threads washers onto the automatically fed screws and inserts them into the clamp ears automatically.

Screw & Washer Assembly
Plastic strip stock is automatically fed, aligned, and precision-cut to exact washer dimensions on the machine — no pre-cutting required.

Final Tightening & Pack
Station 2 operator initiates automatic screw-driving to complete assembly. Finished clamps exit ready for packaging — full-round or half-moon.
